MARKETING / SALES INTERN
VXRSI (www.vxrsi.com), a Seattle-based MMA (mixed martial arts) sportswear and lifestyle clothing company, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic part-time Marketing/Sales Intern for their main office based in Kent, WA.
The candidate will work closely with the entire sales team under the Sales and Marketing Director and will focus on:
• Online marketing campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and other online media
• Market research for our sportswear / lifestyle lines
• Responding to general inquiries from vendors, buyers, and customers
• Assist with product placement
• VXRSI website maintenance (updating blogs, pictures, new items, etc.)
• Assist in general administrative duties such as mailing catalogs, answering phone calls, and other projects as needed
Our future intern should have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong research skills
• Basic Marketing knowledge-Marketing, Communications, PR majors strongly encouraged
• Upbeat attitude-we’re a fun, but driven group looking for one more to join the team
We’re looking for someone who has a strong interest in the MMA culture, fashion industry and wants to earn college credit (please check with your advisor) while working with an awesome team for about 5 to 12 hours per week.
